Die REACh-Verordnung (Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006) ist die wichtigste Chemikalienverordnung der EU. Sie ist am 1. Juni 2007 in Kraft getreten. REACh steht für Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, also für die Registrierung, Bewertung, Zulassung und Beschränkung von Chemikalien.

REACh is an acronym standing for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals. It thus covers the Registration of chemicals, their evaluation, authorisation for their use and restrictions governing these.
