Dauerhafter Korrosionsschutz von chloridbelasteten Stahlbetonbauwerken

Die Bewehrung im Stahlbeton wird durch einen hohen Chlorideintrag (z. B. durch Tausalze) gefährdet, da der Schutz, der sich auf Grund des hohen pH-Wertes des Betons einstellt, durch die Chloride aufgehoben wird. Im Regelfall wird heute der chloridkontaminierte Beton ersetzt, was teilweise nur unter großem technischen und finanziellen Aufwand möglich ist. Eine kostengünstige und nachhaltige Alternative bietet hier ein KKS-System mit einer galvanischen Anode, welche als thermisch gespritzte Zinkschicht ausgeführt wird. In Kombination mit einer organischen Beschichtung können selbst befahrbare Stahlbetonflächen vor Korrosion geschützt werden. Durch den Wegfall der kosten- und zeitintensiven Stemmarbeiten und des Neuaufbaus handelt es sich bei der galvanischen Anode um ein kostengünstiges, lärmarmes, schnelles und nachhaltiges Schutzsystem für korrosionsgefährdete Stahlbetonbauteile.//
Reinforcement in reinforced concrete is endangered by a high chloride input (e. g. by de-icing salts), since the protection provided by the high pH value of the concrete is cancelled out by the chlorides. As a rule, chloride-contaminated concrete is replaced today, which is only possible at great technical and financial expense. A cost-effective and sustainable alternative here is a KKS system with a galvanic anode, which is designed as a thermally sprayed zinc layer. In combination with an organic coating, even reinforced con- crete surfaces that can be driven on can be protected against corrosion. Due to the elimination of cost- and time-intensive caulking work and new construction, the galvanic anode is a cost-effective, low-noise, fast and sustainable protection system for reinforced con- crete components at risk of corrosion.
