Beschreibung Die aus einem neuen Galvanikprozess abgeschiedene Silber-Palladium-10-Legierung eignet sich sehr gut für Steckverbinderkontakte, die in hochpoligen oder in hochtemperaturbelasteten Applikationen eingesetzt werden. Der Galvanikprozess gestattet eine stabile Prozessführung bei gleichbleibenden Schichteigenschaften. Die Schichthärte, der Kontaktwiderstand und die tribologischen Eigenschaften der Legierung sind über längere Zeiträume bis zu 200 °C stabil. Die Vibrationsfestigkeit der Kontaktschicht ist auch mit einer Kontaktierung zu Standardsilber gegeben. The deposited silver-palladium-10-alloy from a new electroplating process is well suited for connector contacts, which can be used in high pin count or in high temperature applications. The electroplating process ensures a stable deposition with constant plating layer properties. The hardness, the contact resistance and the tribological properties of the electro plated alloy are stable over longer periods at temperatures up to 200 °C. The vibration resistance of the contact layer is also given with connecting standard silver contacts.
