Especially for measuring in the lower resistance range from 10-2 Ω (up to106 Ω), the newly developed Loresta-FX hand-held measuring device enables precise measurements for various industrial applications.
The device is a further development of the Loresta-AX from Nittoseiko Analytech. It can be used, for example, to measure the resistance of conductive paints and elastomers as well as films, antistatic materials, EMC materials or coated glass.
The device uses measuring heads based on the 4-point measuring method, which eliminates the influence of contact resistance and ensures precise measurement results by separating current and voltage circuits. Various accessory measuring heads are available for different material samples. The optimized operating menu allows the electrical resistance, surface resistance and volume resistivity to be read out directly. A USB-C port ensures connection to the PC and use of the optional application software. The measuring device is powered either by rechargeable NiMH batteries or via the supplied cable. Up to 999 measurement results can be saved automatically and transferred to a PC via the USB-C interface using the optional application software. The new measuring device is distributed by N&H Technology as the exclusive representative of Nittoseiko Analytech in German-speaking countries (D-A-CH), the Benelux region and the UK.
N&H Technology also offers demonstrations, installation and training as well as maintenance and service contracts for the measuring devices. It is also possible to have material samples measured by N&H as a service in order to test the performance of the measuring devices before making an investment.
