The PCB manufacturer and prototype specialist Beta Layout now offers the assembly of flexible PCBs that can be configured and ordered directly online - including instant pricing.
The online ordering process has been revised and simplified. The desired layout file can be uploaded using drag & drop and the component list can be generated automatically using the integrated MAGIC BOM tool. The maximum orderable area in the FLEX PCB pool has been increased to 20 dm². The selection of connector reinforcements in different material thicknesses has been expanded. For example, 0.2 to 0.3 mm can now be configured for ZIF connectors.
The manufacturer's cost-effective pooling process means that more PCBs may be produced than ordered. This excess quantity is now supplied to the customer free of charge.
