With the CleanBoy mobile cleanroom workstation, Spetec offers an affordable, portable alternative to conventional cleanroom technology. An environment free of particles and germs is playing an increasingly important role in many areas of industrial production as well as in laboratories and research. It is often unnecessary to set up cost-intensive cleanrooms - it is sufficient to create cleanroom conditions for a specific sub-area only.
Spetec's mobile, ready-to-use cleanroom units remove particles with a diameter of 0.12 µm and larger in the tightest of spaces and are particularly suitable for the assembly or storage of dust-sensitive mechanical or electronic components in manufacturing areas of mechanics, electronics, opto-electronics, medical or biotechnology. The CleanBoy cleanroom workstation can be transported internally to various locations as a version on wheels. Customized adaptations to problematic workstations are also possible.
The CleanBoy consists of a laminar flow module series SuSi (Super Silent) and a support frame made of anodized aluminium profiles. The air is drawn in from the room air via a pre-filter, filtered through a high-performance H14 filter and passed laminar over the workstation. The filter has a separation efficiency of 99.995 %, i.e. the filter separates at least 99.995 % of all particles with a particle size of 0.12 μm (according to MPPS). It has an isolation factor of 104, which improves the air quality in the cleanroom station by at least 10,000 times compared to the environment. Users therefore work under ISO 5 cleanroom conditions on the tabletop of the device. This applies to both the CleanBoy Mini table-top unit and the CleanBoy Maxi floor-standing unit.
