Since January, Rehm Thermal Systems in Blaubeuren and the secondary school in Laichingen have been involved in an educational partnership. The aim is to give pupils an insight into the company.
During work placements, the pupils get to know various training occupations and can find out what interests them and where their strengths lie. They are not only supported in finding a career, but also in the application process.
The secondary school is equipped with several technology rooms. One special feature is the 3D printer and the opportunity to use a CNC milling machine. Programming skills can thus be taught in a practical way. As a manufacturer of thermal systems for the electronics industry, Rehm has also pledged its support for equipping the technology rooms.
