The user training units and seminars of the Rehm Thermal Systems training program - including on soldering processes - under the name Rehm Academy are very popular with customers, distributors and service staff. For this reason, the portfolio of training programs is now being supplemented and the area of technology seminars on site in Blaubeuren is being expanded.
In the newly inaugurated Rehm Academy training building, modern seminar rooms and an application-oriented production environment are availableon around 1,000m2. The user seminars on the ViCON software solution, the Hermes Standard interface and the MES connection were supplemented this year by a ProMetrics seminar. The user training on the installation and removal of hardware, soldering process monitoring and the creation and evaluation of temperature profiles in the soldering process is aimed at increasing production quality.
A new training date has been added on December 3, 2025 on the topic of reflow soldering with vacuum support. In the classroom seminar, the Rehm development team will present the theoretical background, objectives and influencing factors. Participants can learn from the team's experience and deepen their knowledge during the day through guided practical workshops.
