'20 Under 30' Recognition Program: A highlight at SEMICON, the '20 Under 30' recognition program honors the industry's brightest young leaders who have demonstrated success in engineering, sales/marketing and R&D in their careers in the microelectronics supply chain.
To be eligible for nomination, candidates must be under the age of 30 as of November 11, 2024 and have been employed in the microelectronics supply chain for at least two years. They should be young leaders with a proven track record of innovation, collaboration and community engagement. Nominations are only allowed by managers, mentors or colleagues, self-nominations are excluded. Award winners will receive a free ticket to SEMICON Europa 2024, a '20 Under 30' award and recognition on the SEMICON Europa website and social media, among other things. Judging will be carried out by a jury of the SEMI European Advisory Council for Diversity and Inclusion.-dir/ka-
