Former FDP Head of Communications Sarah Bäumchen will join the ZVEI's management team and head up the association's Berlin office. Her area of responsibility on the Executive Board is political communication for the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association. Wolfgang Weber will remain Chairman of the Executive Board.
"With Ms. Bäumchen, the ZVEI is gaining a proven public affairs expert who has excellent connections in politics and business," emphasizes ZVEI President Dr. Gunther Kegel. "With her, we will be able to bring our central association topics even better into the political discussion."
