PERFAG 4B serves to specify flexible and rigid-flexible printed circuit boards for the respective manufacturers. The specification primarily covers the manufacture of relevant printed circuit boards made of polyimide and/or FR4. It does not therefore cover printed circuit boards based on polyester and PVC.
