embedded world 2025 - Meeting place for the embedded community

Das PLUS-Team im Gespräch mit Fischer Elektronic (embedded world 2024)

March 1-13, 2025 in Nuremberg

Once again, the embedded community will meet at the embedded world Exhibition&Conference to discuss innovations, challenges and opportunities in embedded systems. Almost all facets of this field of electronics, from components and modules to operating systems, hardware and software design, M2M communication and related services, will be on display at the Nuremberg exhibition center. In 2024, more than 1,100 exhibitors presented their products to over 32,000 visitors at their stands in seven halls - an impressive figure.

The latter will cover all areas of modern electronic displays, from OLEDs and AR/VR displays to flexible substrates; the former will once again offer a diverse program of presentations on topics such as

  • IOT & Connectivity
  • Embedded software development (e.g. for Rust, C++, Modern C++, Linux)
  • Embedded Safety Architectures
  • Compliance for Edge A.I.
  • Deep learning models for low-power micro-controllers
  • Embedded OS (e.g. Zephyr Project)
  • Safety & Security
  • Embedded OS in Automotive Applications

A highlight will once again be the presentation of the embedded award, which honors technological innovations in the areas of hardware, tools, software, embedded vision, safety & security, start-ups, artificial intelligence and SoC / IP / IC design. For the first time in 2025, there will be an additional category 'electronic Displays'. The winners will be selected by an international jury. Another fixed part of the trade fair program is the Student Day on 13 March, which invites students of embedded-relevant engineering courses from all over the world and paves the way for young graduates to make direct contacts in the industry.
