With the 2000XQ SMD stencil printer from ESE, Multi Components offers a printing module for components up to 0.4 x 0.2 mm and 0.25 mm diameter for BGA balls. Other special features for high-quality printing results include

Even the basic version of the precision stencil printer is characterized by many technical features: the printing table is driven by four ball screws and fixed by three linear guides. This ensures uniform squeegee pressure and paste distribution across the entire width of the printing table, thus forming the basis for the best possible stencil printing. Front and rear guide rails position the PCB directly above the center of the table and enable precise paste printing without a fixed front transport rail as with conventional machines. Double printing of two images per stencil is possible.
