Brenscheidt: Electroplating service expands laboratory with state-of-the-art analysis technology

Brenscheidt Galvanik Service GmbH, a leading independent electroplating laboratory, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a state-of-the-art ICP-OES device from the renowned manufacturer Analytik Jena. This device enables precise elemental analysis and will soon be available to our customers in the electroplating industry for comprehensive analyses.

gt 2025 02 093With over 20 years of experience in coating technology and quality management, Brenscheidt Galvanik Service offers a wide range of services. These include coating thickness determination, digital microscopy, roughness measurement, bath analysis, practical electrolyte controls, e.g. through Hull cell tests and water analysis. By integrating the new ICP-OES device, we have considerably expanded our range of services and can now carry out even more detailed analyses.

The ICP-OES method enables the simultaneous determination of trace elements and main components in different samples. It is characterized by short analysis times, low sample preparation effort and exceptional sensitivity. The latest generation of devices makes elemental analysis even more user-friendly, economical and flexible.
