As a recognized waste management company, FELDER is authorized by the Düsseldorf district government to collect and recycle metal residues from its customers. Free collection containers are provided for the collection of items such as solder dross. In the course of metal recycling, the legal requirements of the KrWG law are observed throughout the entire process. During recycling, the metals are extensively and carefully treated for their original purpose using suitable recovery and processing methods. FELDER has the appropriate facilities and official approvals for this.
Thanks to the metal recycling of tin waste from external and in-house stocks, FELDER is able to save up to 9,490 tons ofCO2 compared to corresponding primary raw materials by recycling solder alloys. FELDER also underlines its commitment to sustainability through the additional use of electrolytically recycled tin from European smelters.
With its ECO-Tin products, FELDER proves that everyone can make a contribution to climate and environmental protection.
