Dr. Ing. Paul Wild

Paul Wild studied aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart. Until the end of 2014, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Microstructure Technology at the Hahn-Schickard-Gesellschaft in Stuttgart and then joined Rehm Thermal Systems GmbH as a development engineer. Since February 2019, he has headed the company's Research and Development department.
His work focuses on the new and further development of thermal systems, technological cooperation with institutes and companies as well as conducting seminars and training courses.
In 2018, he completed his doctorate part-time on the topic of reliability and service life modeling of solder joints.
