Placetec produces the prototypes under near-series conditions. This allows customers to react quickly to market changes with new and modified products. Placetec's comprehensively trained employees support their customers during the subsequent industrialization process. This is because the path to successful series production in particular must be optimally planned and supported so that nothing stands in the way of a rapid time-to-market. Other decisive factors are the availability, reliability and cost-effectiveness of assemblies, their suitability for series production, quality and subsequent series production costs.
Production from prototypes to large series
Placetec carries out work in the areas of PCB assembly (SMT and THT), prototype construction, selective and wave soldering, optical inspections, assembly, testing, repairs, cable production and material procurement. Orders ranging from prototypes to medium and large-scale production are managed and manufactured from planning to execution.
The focus is on quality
The production and manufacturing processes at Placetec are implemented in accordance with the IPC-A610 guidelines. All employees are trained and certified IPC-A610-ClS (Certified IPC Specialist). We are now also checking the solder paste print on every SMT line with a 3D SPI (Solder Paste Inspection).
