SAGER + MACK ...turns filtration on its head

With over 35 years of experience in the field of pumps and filtration technology, Sager + Mack can look back on a long tradition. Since its foundation, the family-owned company has developed into an established partner in the field of electroplating technology. The result is a sound knowledge of the industry and a high level of reliability. Development is characterized by constant research and development and ongoing product innovation, always taking customer requirements into account.

Through the highest product quality, the aim is not only to meet customer expectations, but to exceed them. Sager + Mack offers an extensive range of horizontal and vertical pumps made of corrosion and wear resistant materials. The numerous filters offer easy handling and quick maintenance. All filter housings can be installed modularly with the pumps to form filter stations. Sager + Mack can offer its customers everything from individual chemical pumps or individual filter units to modular filter stations including the appropriate filter media.

At this year's Surface Technology, Sager + Mack presented its latest innovation and showed that the JETMack turns conventional filtration on its head. The JETMack aroused great interest among visitors and the demand since then has exceeded the company's expectations. The device filters according to the principle of a cyclone with a high separation rate and variable separation particle size. It does not require any filter media and is therefore particularly sustainable. The amount of waste and therefore the disposal costs are reduced to an unavoidable minimum. This technology also reduces the use of chemicals. As there is no need to change the filter media, there are no process interruptions. The filter is completely maintenance-free. The flow rate is between 6 m3/h and 40 m3/h, depending on the size of the appliance.

The JETMack expands the range of special filters, which includes the proven bestsellers SMARTMack, BIGMack and MackNICKEL and now also the MackRECOVERY. These offer innovative solutions for any requirements and processes, so that the customer can achieve the best results.

SMARTMack - a smart filter station that provides the customer with all important data at a glance. Thanks to more effective maintenance intervals, it leads to less downtime, enabling the customer to use the system without any problems. Remote diagnosis via the P-Cloud directly with the manufacturer allows maintenance to be carried out in a predictable manner to reduce production downtime.

The MackNICKEL is a process-optimized filter station for regeneration operation and continuous filtration in the nickel process of POP lines. The customer benefits from careful processing of their chemicals to prevent damage. At the same time, optimized deaeration ensures the simplest and safest possible process control. The plate filters from Sager + Mack are flow-optimized thanks to the newly developed filter plates and are suitable for large volume flows.

The BIGMack - a powerful filter device that generates a volume flow of up to 80 m3/h with a plate filter insert. With a cartridge filter insert, a flow rate of up to 120 m3/h can be achieved. Another highlight of this filter unit is its ease of use and quick maintenance, which enables customers to use the unit optimally and efficiently. Depending on the application, the filter unit can be adapted to the customer's needs, giving the user freedom of planning.
