Schlötter is already in its 60th year of developing high-performance electrolytes for the autocatalytic deposition of nickel-phosphorus layers. The electrolytes can be analyzed and are characterized by their robust operation.
Sustainability has always been a core principle at Schlötter! For 30 years, the stabilizers in our processes have been consistently free of lead and cadmium.
Our processes with phosphorus contents between 2 % and 12 % can be tailored precisely to your individual requirements:
- Low-Phos (2-4 % phosphorus): Slotonip LP 1870 produces hard, yet ductile and wear-resistant coatings.
- Mid-Phos (6-9 % phosphorus): Versatile all-rounders such as Slotonip NP 1150 and Slotonip NP 1220, which is operated at a low 80 °C, impress with their stability and wide range of applications.
- High-Phos (>10 % phosphorus): Slotonip NP 2090 offers outstanding corrosion protection and maximum resistance.
- The innovative, environmentally friendly Slotostrip NI 4020 is available for demetallizing tanks and racks - completely without the formation of nitrous gases.
