Serfilco: CeraMol 2.0 for greatly expanded areas of application

Serfilco: CeraMol 2.0 for greatly expanded areas of application

With the newly developed ceramic CeraMol material, Serfilco presented an innovative material for the treatment of rinsing baths and waste water at Surface Technology in Stuttgart, which can be used to neutralize acids, reliably remove organic contaminants and, above all, metal and heavy metal particles, e.g. copper, nickel, tin and cadmium.

gt 2025 02 098In the meantime, the CeraMol material has been further developed. Serfilco now also offers specific CeraMol variants for the removal of phosphates, fluorides, sulphates, nitrates or chlorides.

Specified materials for iron, chromium and aluminum residues have also been developed to increase effectiveness. CeraMol can be easily regenerated in-house. This saves considerable operating costs. Rinsing baths can be used for longer without refreshing and a considerable amount of fresh water can be saved. Strict limits for treated waste water can be met without any problems.

Multi-stage Serfilco systems, individually adaptable, enable easy handling of CeraMol.
