The task: to remove nitrite from the process water of an automotive supplier in order to meet production requirements and environmental regulations. The existing wastewater system was no longer able to guarantee this.
The challenge: The solution had to be integrated into an existing infrastructure, function efficiently and remain permanently below the required nitrite parameters in the process water.
The consideration: In addition to the gradual and demand-controlled treatment of the process water, the system should be able to continuously measure the values and document them in a compliant manner.
