The newly developed ceramic CeraMol material from Serfilco for the treatment of rinsing baths and waste water provides an effective process for neutralizing acids, reliably removing organic impurities and, above all, metal and heavy metal particles, including copper, nickel, chromium, tin, cadmium, zinc, aluminium and iron.
The CeraMol material can be easily regenerated in-house and is particularly cost-effective to use. Rinsing baths can be used for longer without refreshing. With the improved quality of the rinsing baths, fresh water can be saved to a considerable extent and waste reduced.
Strict limit values for treated waste water can be adhered to without any problems, so that the water can usually even be recycled back into the production process. The Stokes
Group in the UK now saves tens of thousands of liters of water - and it pays off.
Multi-stage Serfilco systems, individually adaptable, enable easy handling of CeraMol.
