The game changer in electroplating - gamma L3+ - MUNK

Rising energy prices, a stagnating economy and a future characterized by restraint and pessimism - or is there light at the end of the tunnel again? At Surface Technology 2024, Munk GmbH presented a real game changer for electroplating - the gamma L3+ rectifier module. With an exceptional energy efficiency of 94%, it decisively counteracts the trend of rising energy costs and ensures the energy optimization of electroplating plants.

Based on this innovation, Munk GmbH has developed the modular PSP 2036, a compact wall-mounted device with an impressive output of up to 36 kW and a maximum output current of 2000 A. In addition to the PSP 2036, the focus is on the further development of the rectifier cabinet system. The PowerCabinet Max. can be equipped with up to 12 modules, which provide the customer with 12 x 2000 A or 6 x 4000 A in parallel connection on the output side. The timeless design not only allows access to all components, but also ensures sustainable use of the devices and simple system integration.

Munk GmbH continuously invests in the research and development of its products and aims to advise and support value-adding companies in the surface technology sector as a reliable and competent partner in a highly competitive market.
