The vipro-DUOMIX static-dynamic mixer is particularly suitable for the automated application of compressible 2-component materials when working with very different viscosities, extreme mixing ratios or high pressure sensitivity.
The now extended version is also equipped with optimized mixing blocks for low-viscosity materials on both sides and high-viscosity materials on both sides. It is suitable for materials that are difficult to mix. The modular design with five different dispenser sizes per side enables great flexibility and a wide range of mixing ratios from 1:1 to 100:1.
2K dispensingas a robot application
Fields of application include complex 2K applications in the electronics industry, but also in automotive production or the aerospace industry - for dot dispensing, bead application or potting applications. In aircraft production in particular, the static-dynamic mixer is used for honeycomb potting or edge sealing. Special nozzles are available for this purpose.
Thanks to the parallel alignment of the dispensers and a weight-optimized design, the mixer is very compact - ideal for assembly in robot cells or for automated applications.
