Thin-film flat chip resistors also in space-saving 0402 size

For automotive applications, Vishay Intertechnology has added the space-saving size 0402 to its TNPU e3 series of ultra-precise thin-film flat chip resistors.

The resistors are characterized by excellent long-term stability - for example, the resistance drift at nominal load (P70) is specified at ≤0.05 % over 1000 hours. They combine the proven reliability of the popular TNPW series with even smaller temperature coefficients down to ±5 ppm/K and tighter tolerances down to ±0.02 % for maximum accuracy. The AEC-Q200 qualified resistors are ideal for applications such as operational amplifier circuits and sensors for measurement/testing technology, automotive, industrial and medical technology and telecommunications. The TNPU e3 series is now available in sizes 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206 in the resistance value range from 100 W to 511 kW. The new size 0402 is now available in sample and production quantities with a delivery time of twelve weeks. -dir/vti-
