Stable and efficient production and assurance of component cleanliness now and in the future - this requires coordinated solutions for chemistry, processes and technology in industrial parts cleaning. Changing process chains bring new challenges. It is precisely these burning issues, as well as the fundamentals required for the implementation of innovations in the field of sustainability, that the 33rd Conference on Industrial Parts Cleaning will be addressing. The conference is once again being organized by FiT Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V. and will take place from 26 to 27 June 2025 at Neckar Forum Esslingen.
This year's event will focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, which could not be more pressing given the current energy costs in Europe. This topic area also includes issues relating to recycling management, efficient water treatment, extending the service life of cleaners, innovations in the field of biodegradable cleaners, optimization of existing systems and low-temperature cleaning, which should result in a very comprehensive thematic focus.
Other thematic blocks include innovations in component cleaning, particularly in the areas of chemistry and the environment, processes and systems, measuring and testing, control & process management and applications. The important aspect of quality-assuring process management, including quality gates, will also be covered. The linking of contamination and the cleaning process as the basis of knowledge-based processes, as well as improved process monitoring and optimized process control measures will be addressed.
In addition to the relevant basics, practical experience also plays an important role. Users will use practical examples to report on their challenges and solutions in the field of parts cleaning.
