Electroplating circuit newly installed

On September 24 and 25, 2020, the first electroplating circle took place on the Sager + Mack premises. The initiative of six companies is to be organized annually from now on, always at a different company.

BegrüßungWelcomeImagineit's Surface Technology Germany and it's not taking place. Maybe because it's Corona time. Instead of complaining, a group of complementary companies have joined forces and created the Galvanozirkel, or perhaps it would be better to say the first Galvanozirkel. The event, which immediately took on respectable dimensions, is to take place every year from now on, and always at a different company.

The names of the six organizing companies should not be withheld, they are Aucos, Harter, Linhoff, Mazurczak, Sager + Mack and Munk.

This year, the event took place on the Sager + Mack premises in Ilshofen-Eckardshausen in eastern Württemberg. It consisted of an in-house exhibition and a series of specialist presentations given by experts from the participating companies.Blick in die MesseView of the exhibition

Visitors were welcomed in a light-filled tent and "Die Genusswerstatt" catered for the physical well-being of the guests with specialties from the region.

In the tent, interested visitors were able to view exhibits and talk shop at the participants' stands. Later, there was a company tour and then the technical presentations began.

Among others, Markus Schlagwein presented the host's new smart filter systems. Florian Wimmenauer from Aucos told the audience how artificial intelligence is used in electroplating and Reinhold Specht presented the drying systems from his company Harter. In the second block of presentations, Mazurczak GmbH talked about thermal processes in electroplating companies. Thomas Mark from Munk spoke about digitalization in electroplating and Gerd Lippert's presentation concluded with a talk about contacts.

das KüchenteamThe kitchen team"Galvanotechnik" says: A successful initiative by the six organizing companies. We look forward to seeing what happens next year.
