ERNE surface AG is a universal provider for the needs of every electroplating company and offers chemical surface processes and systems for all surfaces.
Owner and President of the Board of Directors Rea Erne likes to compare her company to a house. The foundation is formed by the expertise of the customer advisors and decades of experience in the industry. The main pillars are chemical coating processes, plant engineering, consulting, service and analysis. Finally, disposal and processing. The roof: sustainable, trouble-free and specification-compliant surface treatment processes.
Sales team
The sales team at the front supports customers in word and deed to find the best solution for their coating requirements. For a sustainable solution with a balanced cost-performance ratio, the very first conversation is crucial. That's why ERNE surface AG sends specialists to the customer - not salespeople.
Process engineering and product management team
The sales team is supported in the background by product management and process engineering. They can rely on a well-equipped laboratory with specially trained laboratory technicians. The analytical department helps to keep processes stable and to tackle problems quickly at their roots.
ERNE customers benefit from short delivery times. Thanks to a large finished goods warehouse and flexible production capacities at the Dällikon site, customers in Switzerland can be supplied quickly and production downtimes can be avoided. In order to maintain this performance, various special warehouses for chemicals as well as powder mixing and wet mixing equipment are available in Dällikon. Polishing pastes and anode bags are also produced.
In short: "There is no process we can't master" is the motto of this team.
Plant engineering
Realizes technical projects: Kevin Nolle from Plant Engineering holds the position in-houseInthe area of plant infrastructure, technical equipment such as heaters, pumps, rectifiers, filter units and their spare parts are available from stock. A flexible installation service rounds off the range.
"Trouble-free production is only possible with forward-looking plant maintenance," says Rea Erne, pointing out that today, eight decades after it was founded in 1936, her company has become a leader in all aspects of surface treatment. From one employee back then, namely the founder Fritz Erne Sr., the still independent Swiss family business has grown to around 30 highly trained and experienced employees.
Management and ownership
Rea Erne and her closest employees have set up the company according to the following credo: "We have clear demands on our standards. They are high." And this is how the company is managed today - and will continue to be in the future.
The team of experts, who know the industry inside out, is looking forward to developing tailored solutions for customers: for an overall concept, for the chemical sector, for systems and for many other concerns and tasks.
