The manufacturer Viking Tech, headquartered in Taiwan, offers the ARM..A series of precision thin-film chip resistors in sizes 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206 (inch). Due to the certifications of the manufacturer's production facilities (AEC-Q200, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO9001 and ISO14001), the resistors are particularly suitable for the automotive industry, telecommunications, medical devices, industrial equipment, industrial measuring instruments, machines and various sensors.
The manufacturer specifies the tolerance of the components as ±0.02 %. The temperature coefficient is specified down to ±5 ppm/°C at R≥47 Ω. The resistors specified for the temperature range of -55°C ~ +155°C are tested over 1000 hours at 85°C/85% RH and 10% of the rated power. The derating curve for high-temperature operation up to +155°C starts at +85°C for high-power applications and +70°C for ultra-high-power applications. The increased sulphur resistance has been verified according to ASTM-B-809-95 Modified. Flammability is specified according to UL-94, and the manufacturer also offers specifications according to customer requirements on request.
