The Cognex In-Sight 2800 vision system offers high performance in a user-friendly package - thanks to the combination of deep learning with traditional vision tools. This combination makes it possible for people without vision experience to solve a wide range of inspection applications.

The EasyBuilder user interface provides point-and-click guidance through application development. Even experienced users benefit from the intuitive interface because it simplifies the development of more complex applications and speeds up workflows.
The toolset also includes ViDi EL Classify, a powerful classification tool that can be trained with just five images. It can recognize defects and classify them into different categories or correctly identify parts with deviations. Classification by multiple features allows users to process different tasks in a single image processing job. The new system also offers a wide range of accessories and field replaceable components that allow applications to quickly adapt to changes such as new parts, higher line speeds or changing quality standards.
