Zestron has launched the world's first water-based paint stripper for cleaning paint frames. On the one hand, its formulation guarantees a very strong cleaning performance with good material compatibility, both when used in cleaning systems and for painting frames, holders and tools. On the other hand, Atron DC, as the product is called, also offers a high level of work safety and can be used flexibly from room temperature to 60°C. The cleaner removes various types of protective coatings, such as those based on acrylic, polyurethane, silicones or UV-curing coatings, after just 10 minutes of cleaning. The use of aggressive stripper chemicals is therefore no longer necessary. The paint stripper is suitable for all standard maintenance cleaning systems, but especially for immersion and ultrasonic processes.
