Deutsche Messe is once again inviting entries for the Robotics Award on the occasion of Hannover Messe 2026. Companies and institutions from Germany and abroad are now invited to apply with innovative automation and logistics solutions - regardless of whether they are participating in the trade fair.
Prizes will be awarded for robot-supported applications that impress with their high degree of innovation, industrial applicability and economic feasibility. The aim of the competition is to recognize technologies that have the potential to change industrial production in the long term. In 2025, the Canadian company 'Maple Advanced Robotics' was honored for the 'MARI AARS' project, an AI-controlled robotics platform.
Once again this year, a jury will nominate three solutions for the Robotics Award from among the submissions. The award ceremony will take place on February 25, 2026 as part of the Hannover Messe Press Preview at the exhibition grounds in Hanover. The winner will be announced after a presentation of the three nominated solutions. The prize includes an exhibition space in the Application Park at Hannover Messe, a presentation slot in the Robotics Forum and an interview in the Robotics Podcast.
