ZESTRON Europe recently expanded its application technology department with two new process engineers. With M. Sc. Milena Stephan and M. Sc. Benedikt Endreß, the Ingolstadt-based specialist in electronics cleaning is expanding its technical customer support.
Their area of responsibility includes, for example, supporting customers in the development and implementation of an electronics cleaning process. This involves carrying out cleaning tests with customer parts on various systems with coordinated cleaning chemicals at the Technical Center in Ingolstadt. The final report on the test results serves the customer as the basis for a reliable purchase decision for a combination of system and cleaner.
The surface analysis of the cleaned parts and the selection of a suitable process monitoring system are also part of the process engineers' field of activity. Finally, the two new employees are always available as contacts for customers with technical problems in the form of after-sales support. Mr. Endreß looks after German and Austrian customers, while Ms. Stephan looks after customers from Scandinavia, the Baltic states, Turkey, the Middle East and South Africa.
