Jennifer Padberg joined the sales team of system partner Factronix on July 1, 2021. The physicist was previously a sales engineer at Hamamatsu Photonics, a Japanese manufacturer of optoelectronic components and systems. There she was responsible for looking after existing customers and key accounts and in this role was also responsible for project development and technical support.
As product manager at Factronix, she will be responsible for the inspection solutions division: system partner Factronix covers the range of AOI and SPI solutions with the Israeli manufacturer Aleader Europe and X-ray inspection with Nikon Metrology. Both business areas are currently experiencing strong demand, particularly from the industrial and automotive sectors.
Padberg completed her Master's thesis in physics (subject area: molecular physics, semiconductor technology) at the Walter Schottky Institute for Semiconductor Technology at the Technical University of Munich.
