After 13 years, engineer Markus Wieler has returned to Peters. As Global Business Development Manager, the 55-year-old is responsible for OEM management. He coordinates and supervises the processes with end customers who use Peters products. Wieler has focused his attention in particular on the further expansion of the rapidly growing Asian business.
Wieler already worked for Lackwerke Peters in a responsible position from 1996 to 2009. As an employee in the application technology department, he quickly rose to become deputy head of this department and finally sales manager.
The contact with Peters came about again "more by chance", says Wieler, who most recently worked as Business Director Europe for another globally active industrial company. CEO Ralf Schwartz did not hesitate for a second to bring the experienced chemist back onto the Peters command bridge.
