The distributor Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente and Su'scon (Taiwan) have signed a worldwide distribution agreement.
Su'scon has more than 45 years of experience in the manufacture and development of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, polymer solid capacitors and hybrid polymer capacitors. Rutronik sees great potential in the contract for customers with a focus on industrial and automotive applications in America, Asia and Europe.
For the UR series, Su'scon developed aluminum electrolytic capacitors in a radial design especially for automotive applications. They are suitable for use in vehicle thermal management systems and are certified in accordance with the automotive standard AEC-Q200. Key product characteristics include high temperature resistance, high ripple current capability and a long service life. They can withstand a maximum operating temperature of 135 °C.
The capacitors in the SVB series are conductive polymer hybrid capacitors in SMD design, which were also developed for automotive applications and also meet the AEC-Q200 standard. They are characterized by low impedance, high ripple current capability and a long service life. The operating temperature can be up to 125 °C, which means that the component can be used for applications such as on-board chargers, battery management systems, engine control units and other critical applications.
