Seho Systems uses pulsar emitters in the preheating area of its wave soldering systems. The emitters can be configured individually. Short distances between the assemblies to be soldered significantly reduce waiting times when assemblies with different heat requirements are processed.
With a new automatic nozzle height adjustment in the soldering area, a large number of differently designed assemblies can be soldered. The height of each soldering nozzle can be individually adjusted via the software so that the distance between each individual PCB and the soldering nozzle is optimized, allowing soldering regardless of the workpiece carrier or assembly design.
An automatic wave height measurement, integrated in the soldering area of the MWS 2300, provides reliable soldering results for laminar and turbulent solder waves via contact measurement. The wave height is automatically controlled within adjustable tolerances, ensuring that the wave height is the same across the entire width.
