In use for soldering technology for 40 years

A big anniversary at FELDER Löttechnik: Managing Director Frank Schröer can now look back on a forty-year career at the supplier of high-purity solders, electronic fluxes for wave soldering, flux-filled solder wires and other soldering and coating technology.

Frank Schröer began his professional career with a commercial apprenticeship at a company in Duisburg. His trainer at the time was FELDER founder Wilhelm Priester, who recognized the potential of his trainee. After Wilhelm Priester set up his own business and founded FELDER together with Uwe Felder in 1979, he recruited Frank Schröer for the new company in 1983.

In the early years, discarded railroad wagons and a warehouse in Duisburg's freight depot were used for production, storage and offices. Finally, in 1986, the company moved to the newly built premises in Oberhausen. After a long time in sales, Mr. Schröer joined the management in 1999 as an authorized signatory and was appointed Managing Director in 2003.

The anniversary was celebrated in October 2023. The entire workforce thanked Mr. Schröer for his work during his forty years with the company.
