Kurtz Ersa India - Smart Production Technologies Private Limited is the tenth international subsidiary of the mechanical engineering company Kurtz Ersa. Headquartered in Bangalore, it has a well-equipped demo center with Ersa high-tech soldering systems.
Kurtz Ersa India supports its local customers with technology training up to the short-term realization of production lines. "We are very pleased to celebrate the opening of the Indian branch in the year of Ersa GmbH's 100th anniversary. This marks a new chapter in the partnership between German technology and Indian entrepreneurship," commented Rainer Krauss, Ersa's General Sales Manager and CEO of Kurtz Ersa India, on the opening of the Indian subsidiary.
Kurtz Ersa has been present on the Indian subcontinent for almost 35 years through its partner Bergen Associates to support Indian electronics manufacturing. Forecasts predict high double-digit growth for the Indian market over the next few years. The same applies to PCB assembly, which could be worth USD 87 billion by 2025 (currently USD 16 billion). With process-efficient Ersa soldering solutions, customers are ideally placed to exploit this potential in the coming years.
