The Supervisory Board has appointed Jan Ciliax (52) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lapp Holding AG with effect from January 1, 2021. He succeeds Dr. Ralf Zander, who is dedicating himself to new professional challenges. As CFO, Ciliax is responsible for controlling, risk management, corporate finance, balance sheets, taxes and accounting.
Over the course of his career, Ciliax has worked for well-known companies in various management and financial management positions in Germany, France, Spain, the USA and Switzerland. For the past 12 years, he was employed by TE Connectivity, most recently as CFO of the industrial division with business units in the areas of mechanical and plant engineering, energy, medical technology, aviation and oil & gas. He completed his business studies at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel. "Thanks to his many years of experience in large, internationally successful technology companies and industries, he can make an important contribution to supporting Lapp on its growth path," emphasizes Siegbert E. Lapp, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
