New technical literature on the subject of "Coating materials for electronics"

The new specialist book "Coating materials for electronics" is hot off the press.

The author, Dr. Manfred Suppa, describes the topic on 1329 pages in two volumes, with 1093 illustrations and 206 tables.

The reference book, which was produced in cooperation between Lackwerke Peters GmbH and Eugen G. Leuze Verlag, offers a comprehensive and in-depth look at the most important coating materials. The author not only goes into the chemical basics in detail, but also expands the range of materials covered, from protective coatings to ultra-thin coating materials and potting compounds. New findings on processing and interactions during the process are also presented.

Special attention will be paid to specific applications ranging from classic solder resist masks to chip assembly and LED technology.
