The demand for PCBs that can be exposed to ever higher thermal loads is increasing. This has prompted PCB supplier LeitOn to further expand its online calculation for ultra-high TG materials.
Thinner material thicknesses of 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm have been added to the standard 1.6 mm, as well as some versions in 70 µm copper thickness. These 2-layer boards can be combined with various options available from FR4. In addition to various lacquer colors, all common surfaces as well as hard gold and IPC3 standard are optionally available.
