For the second time, the Association for Design, PCB and Electronics Manufacturing (FED) is looking for young people who want to demonstrate their technical understanding at the PAUL Award - eTech Talents Award. Eligible to take part are people between the ages of 15 and 25 who are implementing a project idea in the fields of smart energy or energy harvesting.
The deadline for submitting a project idea is September 1, 2021. The three winners of the PAUL Award 2022 will win cash prizes worth a total of 6,000 euros. The young talent competition is named after Paul Eisler, the inventor of the printed circuit board.
Whether you are a young professional, graduate, student, pupil or apprentice - any young technology enthusiast can take part as part of a team or as an individual. To take part, a short project description and sketch must be submitted to the FED. The materials, the time required and the place of implementation are freely selectable. The only requirements are Participants must come from Germany, Austria or Switzerland. And: The project idea should be able to be financed with pocket money.
