The much-anticipated 'PCB Design Award' was presented today at the FED conference in Ulm.
After the opening speech by jury chair Erika Reel, FED Managing Director Christoph Bornhorn began by presenting the nominations and announcing the winners.
Udo Cochet, Rosen Technology, won the '3D/Installation Space' category, Alois Spieß, TQ-Systems, won the 'High Power' category and, last but not least, Thomas Strunz, Zollner Elektronik, won the 'High Density' category.
