STARTEAM Global takes over the PCB production C.T.B. Circuiti Stampati in the city of Flero in northern Italy, province of Brescia, under the name Flero STARTEAM (FST) on June 5, 2024.
The acquisition strategically expands the company's production capacities with a focus on Prototype Production, Sample Production, Specialized High Mix Low Volume (HMLV) Manufacturing, Quick-Turn and Individual Requirements, while strengthening its market presence in Europe.
FSTs technology will initially focus on the production of 1-2 layer printed circuit boards, including PTFE base material (Teflon material) for high frequency applications.
Uwe Schneider, previously Technical Director for Automotive Technology at the Jiangyou STARTEAM (JST) factory in China, has been appointed General Manager. He now leads the company together with Roberta Tonini, the former owner of C.T.B. Circuiti Stampati, who also takes on the role of General Manager.
