Seho founds subsidiary in Shanghai

The German company Seho Systems GmbH, a full-service provider for soldering processes and automatic production lines, is establishing a subsidiary in China. With the new branch in Shanghai, the company intends to further expand its presence on the Asian market and specifically address the requirements of Chinese customers and the challenges of the Chinese market.
Until now, Seho has had a successful business relationship in China with the local partner company Toratec. The decision to establish its own subsidiary came about because Toratec owners Judy Yao and Thomas Raisch are stepping down from the management and retiring. "We have enjoyed a very close partnership with Toratec and all of the company's employees over the last few decades," says Markus Walter, Managing Partner of Seho Systems GmbH. "The expertise in processes and machines as well as the market knowledge and customer contacts of the Toratec teams are naturally of great value to us. We are therefore delighted that they will be an important part of Seho Systems China in the future." Markus Walter will also head the new branch in Shanghai as CEO. Sandy Liu, a long-time Toratec employee, will be responsible for the technical area. Michael Straub will head the sales team. The company will also present itself in this way at productronica China 2020 in Shanghai from March 18 to 20, 2020.
