With the PH12CMI, ICP Germany is launching another motherboard in the Thin Mini-ITX form factor alongside the PH11CMI. The mainboard measures 170 mm x 170 mm and is just 20 mm high. It is equipped with the Intel Q470E chipset and an LGA 1200 socket.
The mainboard supports Intel Core processors of the tenth generation with 10 cores and 35 W thermal design power as well as processors with 8 cores and 65 W thermal design power.
The two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets can be equipped with 64GB non-ECC memory with a maximum clock frequency of 2933 MHz. The integrated Intel HD graphics unit offers triple display support with a maximum resolution of 4K.
The PH12CMI is available in two voltage input variants with 12 V or 19 V DC. Both variants are designed for a temperature range of 0 to 60 °C and meet the requirements of CE/FCC class B.
