Since ULT AG was founded more than 25 years ago, Wolfgang Richter has helped shape and develop the provider of extraction and filter technology. In addition to his work on the management board, he has been responsible for the development of national sales and the internal sales department as sales manager in recent years. Richter is handing over this position, but will remain active in the company's management. In addition, he will make his knowledge available to colleagues at ULT and optimize sales processes as a 'Principal Expert' until his retirement in mid-2023. He will also be involved in various strategic projects to make sales fit for the future.
His successor as Head of Sales since the beginning of the year is Marko Höher, who has more than 20 years of professional experience in technology and the management of projects, service and sales. Prior to ULT AG, he worked for companies in the semiconductor industry and in mechanical and plant engineering. "My primary focus is to ensure that ULT AG continues to act as a customer-oriented solution provider on the market," explains Höher. "It is important to me to expand existing networks and create new ones between our customers and us in order to anticipate market potential even better and faster."
