Bodo Möller Chemie is now working even more closely with the adhesives manufacturer Henkel Adhesives Technologies. As a result, the international specialty chemicals company headquartered in Offenbach continues to develop into the leading pan-European sales partner for Henkel adhesive solutions in the automotive, metal, packaging, wood, electronics, medical technology and aerospace sectors. To this end, the company's own Adhesive Competence Center (ACC) with adhesives laboratory has been significantly expanded and now also carries out Henkel-specific tests.
To this end, Bodo Möller Chemie has invested in new equipment and additional specialist staff for the ACC in order to massively expand its adhesives expertise and all-round consulting services. Adhesives are translated into engineering data sets for industrial use, and Bodo Möller Chemie has comprehensive process knowledge for the integration of adhesives into production. Adhesive users benefit from specialist knowledge on the durability, processing and integration of adhesives and can commission appropriate material tests. The Adhesive Competence Center (ACC) also advises on the implementation of bonding processes and helps customers to prepare audits in accordance with DIN 2304 and DIN 6701-2. The ACC is certified for both standards.

From Loctite® to Bergquist®
Bodo Möller Chemie's range from the Henkel portfolio includes the following product groups: Loctite® (high-performance adhesives, sealants and coatings), the Bonderite® products (cleaning, surface treatment, coating and lubricant materials), Technomelt® hotmelt adhesives, water-based cladding solutions from the Aquence® family, and, more recently, Bergquist® thermal interface materials, which are available as gap fillers, gap pads, sil pads, adhesive films and pastes and phase transition materials and are used primarily in high-performance batteries such as in electric or hybrid vehicles. The pad materials are permanently elastic and designed for long-term use. Liquid materials such as the Henkel Bergquist® Liquid Gap Filler can also be used in high-speed dispensing applications.
