The global Surface Treatment business unit of BASF's Coatings division, which operates under the Chemetall brand, has received the European Supplier Award 2020 from Novelis. Chemetall was recognized for its continuous pursuit of excellence in quality, competence, reliability and professional support. The award, presented for the first time, was presented at a virtual ceremony.
With the introduction of the European Supplier Awards, Novelis aims to reward and promote partnerships with suppliers to emphasize their commitment to quality, sustainability and innovation as core values and factors for business success.

Novelis, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, is a leading producer of flat rolled aluminum products and the world's largest recycler of aluminum.
